His sales and marketing expertise is a result of growing this business from the east to the west of Nepal, gaining him a wide range of exposure and expertise. A significant breakthrough was made when Black & Decker was launched in Nepal for the first time in 2002 after he began investigating the worldwide market.

The year 2008 was another career-changing year for him, as he teamed with a mobile company with a huge possibilities but also a higher risk. A huge scope of business and a lot of opportunity existed in the market as a whole because it was untapped and extremely inventive business for young people. He was instrumental in the creation of several national and international mobile companies in Nepal, including Colors, Spice, HTC, Blackberry, Gionee, and Xiaomi. He is currently the Managing Director of this group's Consumer Durable & Mobile Phone Division.

Not only did Mr. Agrawal launch the mobile company, but he also became a member of the policy making body that formed national policies for the mobile sector's growth. This industry is also extremely important to Nepal's economic prosperity. An organization called MPIA (Mobile Phone Importer Association) was founded by a group of Nepalese mobile phone importers in 2017, and he was elected as Vice President with a unified vote. Time and again, the association actively participates in different CSR and community-building initiatives.
