Mr. Sushil Gupta

Mr. Sushil Gupta has over 14 years of management experience and has led the company's growth into the hydropower and mineral exploration industries. After earning his degree from Georgia College & State University in the US in 2006, he started working for a company in the electronics and construction equipment sector. Enticed by Nepal's copious natural resources, he started his first renewable energy project, the 36 MW Balephi Hydropower project, which is expected to be finished by June 2021. In the future, he hopes to lead the development, ownership, and management of projects larger than 500 MW via Mizu Construction Pvt. Ltd., envisioning a future for the country powered by sustainable energy.
 
Over the previous year, Mr. Gupta led a group of geologists in the careful evaluation and investigation of mineral reserves around the nation. Dolsin Minerals Pvt. Ltd., under his direction, has obtained 14 mining licenses and is carrying out in-depth analyses on a variety of minerals, with a focus on their commercial viability, including copper, limestone, dolomite, galena, and semiprecious stones. In addition, he actively supports a number of publicly traded enterprises in Nepal, including banks, insurance providers, and cement producers. His goal is to establish the company as a leader in the country's mining and hydropower industries, founded on unbreakable moral standards. His main goal is to promote sustainable development, which will increase Nepal's contributions to regional growth and national advancement.
