Mr. Dhruba Timilsina is a seasoned capital markets professional with over 25 years of experience. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Avasar Equity Limited, the fund manager of Nepal’s first domestic private equity fund, Avasar Equity Diversified Fund.

He previously led Siddhartha Capital Limited as CEO, where he played a pioneering role in securing Nepal’s first Mutual Fund Manager license and launching the country’s first mutual fund scheme. Earlier in his career, he spent a decade at the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON), contributing to the development of key regulatory frameworks for the securities market.

Mr. Timilsina holds an MBA from Tribhuvan University and serves on the Board of Directors of Litmus Industries Limited, representing Avasar Equity Diversified Fund.
